My career has run through leadership, well-being, communication, marketing and cross-cultural collaboration. The settings changed; the lesson did not. Teams flourish when they are led with heart, when expectations are clear, and when someone takes care that people are actually okay.

I founded Sunny Way to put that lesson to work for others: for leaders who want a healthier, more positive culture; for companies whose story deserves to be told better; and for the growing community of Finns and Texans who sense there is more to gain from each other.
